At the present time, there are no homes for sale on the open market at Rocky Hill Cohousing.  Any home that gets listed for sale on the open market will be posted here.

Before going on the open market, homes are first made available to current residents and then to associate members on the waitlist.  If you're interested in becoming an associate member (a prerequisite to getting on the waitlist), click on the link below to learn how.​
